2.4 One Account Policy
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one ct555 Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ct555 will close all secondary accounts, cancel any associated bonuses, and may apply further sanctions at our discretion. ct555 uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method analysis to detect duplicate account activity.
2.5 KYC Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct555 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another person's Account. ct555 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password containing a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters. You should change your password periodically and immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.
3.2 Unauthorised Access
In the event that you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify ct555 immediately by contacting our support team at . ct555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials, or where you have shared your credentials with a third party, whether voluntarily or otherwise.
3.3 Account Activity
You accept responsibility for all activity that occurs within your ct555 Account, including all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted. ct555 is entitled to act on any instruction received from your Account without further verification of identity, unless a security flag has been raised. If you believe a transaction on your Account was made without your authorisation, you must report it to our support team within 48 hours of the transaction appearing in your account history.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, ct555's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ct555 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Force Majeure
ct555 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, telecommunications failures, government actions, power failures, or third-party service provider failures. In such circumstances ct555 will use reasonable endeavours to restore Services as quickly as possible.
8.5 Gambling Losses

Suspension & Termination
9.1 ct555's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
ct555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we determine, at our sole discretion, that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) you have provided false registration information; (d) KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; (e) we are required to do so by a regulatory body, court order, or law enforcement authority; or (f) your Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
9.2 Effects of Account Closure
Upon account closure, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your primary verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to any outstanding verification requirements. ct555 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where account closure is initiated due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms.
